The Challenge
A Fortune 100 bank needed a more efficient way for their 5,000+ investment bankers to capture and access customer data while working in the field. Their existing web-based system was too complex and not suited for mobile use, which created barriers to timely, accurate reporting.
The goal was to simplify the process with a custom-built iOS mobile app tailored specifically for their Investment Banking Sales Team.
The Solution
Leveraging Topcoder’s global talent network, the customer launched a two-month initiative to design and develop the app through crowdsourcing. This effort included 31 individual design and development challenges that delivered multiple creative concepts and prototypes.
