The Challenge
John Hancock needed a digital solution to improve internal visibility across a portfolio of active projects. The goal was to empower employees—from project managers to executive reviewers—with an intuitive way to view, assess, and engage with project statuses. Existing processes lacked transparency and standardization, limiting collaboration and actionable feedback.
The solution had to be responsive across devices, integrate with internal systems, and support user-specific roles.
The Solution
We designed and developed a responsive app that enables users to interact with project data in real time. Employees can view and sort project cards, track progress with visual indicators, and engage through likes and comments. Personalized dashboards and role-based views streamline user experiences.
Admins control what data is visible, while project managers can upload updates and respond to feedback. Multiple iterations ensured the interface was clean, intuitive, and consistent across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
