A fast, creative sprint to brand Stryker's cross-divisional initiative
The Challenge
Stryker, a global leader in medical technology, was launching a new internal initiative named “Blueprint”—a forward-looking strategy project to map future technology integration across divisions. They needed a logo that could embody cross-functional alignment and innovation while being professional, recognizable, and adaptable enough to be stitched onto apparel like jackets or shirts.
The brand identity needed to balance clarity and creativity—something clean and modern yet expressive of collaboration and transformation.
The Solution
Stryker partnered with Topcoder to launch a fast-paced design challenge. In just two rounds, designers from around the world submitted diverse logo concepts that reflected the core values of Blueprint: vision, cross-divisional teamwork, and strategic alignment.
The final logo selected was simple, scalable, and symbolically rich—capable of standing alone or pairing with Stryker’s brand. Designers experimented with typography, negative space, and color treatments to produce a versatile logo that communicated the spirit of future planning and internal unity.

The Impact
